What were the selection criteria for the Fund's three Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) partners (CARE, Red Cross and Doctors Without Borders)?
The three NGOs selected as partners are leading humanitarian
organisations, whose work and professionalism make them benchmarks in

groups. In addition, the type of aid they deliver and the regions they
focus their efforts on complement each other.
How are the projects and places where aid is delivered chosen?
The Rescue & Recover Fund can provide aid to help any humanitarian emergency in France or abroad.
Depending
on the specific needs on the ground, the Fund's NGO-partners put
forward a list of projects to the Fund’s Board, which is chaired by
Baudouin Prot.
The Fund's trustees, supported by qualified experts in humanitarian work, then choose which projects to support.
